Hosting providers act as infrastructure / processor partners for the operation of the services. Payment checkout for many products is handled by Gumroad (independent controller for payment data it collects).
NeoStreamShop provides digital products and online tools for live streamers and content creators, including interactive widgets, overlays, mascots, villages, chat commands, setup guides, account dashboards, and related downloadable or browser-source assets intended for use with streaming software (such as OBS Studio) and platforms (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and compatible setups).
NEOSTREAMSHOP may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a product or service at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product evolution. Material changes affecting paid features may be communicated through reasonable means where required.
Digital products listed on the storefront are typically sold through our payment partner Gumroad (and, where indicated, through third-party marketplaces such as Etsy under their own checkout terms). Card and payment details are processed by the payment partner — not stored by NeoStreamShop as full card numbers.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and completion of a valid purchase (where required), NeoStreamShop grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased or account-linked digital assets for streaming and content-creation purposes.

Regarding security incidents: NeoStreamShop implements reasonable technical and organizational measures. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeoStreamShop shall not be liable for loss or unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control (including sophisticated cyberattacks or failures of third-party providers), provided reasonable security measures consistent with industry practice were implemented. Where a personal data breach requires notification under the GDPR, NeoStreamShop will notify the competent authority and affected users as required.
